Who am I?

I am German model and yoga teacher.

I started my yoga journey a bit more than three years ago, since then it seemed like yoga started to follow me along my path.

It was one of the best investments in myself to join a yoga teacher training, which I finished in February 2020.

Yoga has helped me to reconnect with my body and I want to help others to feel the same.

My intentions are to inspire you on your yoga journey and to embrace your uniqueness.

It is a gift to share yoga and I am excited to share it with you.




The yoga series contains different yoga flows, pranayama and meditations.

The program is suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced students. Everybody is welcome!

Don't worry if you aren't flexible! Show up for yourself, enjoy the process and the rest will follow - I promise! 🤍

You only need a mat (optional yoga strap and blocks), curiosity and an open heart and mind.

Yoga Practice


Join me for three different yoga flows (morning, evening and flexibility). Everyone is welcomed!🤍 It doesn't matter if you're beginner or a more experienced yoga practitioner this program is designed for you to dive deeper into your yoga journey.

Pranayama


I will share some simple breathing techniques with you to introduce you to pranayama (breathing exercises).

Meditation


Join me for my two meditations to center yourself, to let go and to recharge. I am looking forward to share them with you 🤍
